Buyers may cancel an order only before an item is shipped.
Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
If a buyer cancels an order before the item is shipped, the buyer receives a refund except payment gateway and platform fee.
NOTE: Once cancellation is done payment gateway and platform fee are non-refundable.
2. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
Sellers may cancel an order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
If the seller cancels, buyers receive their listing fee.
3. Sellers as buyers initiating Cancellation
A seller-buyer may cancel an order only before the item has been shipped. Once the order status changes to “Shipped,” cancellation is no longer allowed.
