BotaPlace Cancellation Policy

1. Buyer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Buyers may cancel an order only before an item is shipped.
  • Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • If a buyer cancels an order before the item is shipped, the buyer receives a refund except payment gateway and platform fee.
  • NOTE: Once cancellation is done payment gateway and platform fee are non-refundable.

2. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

  • Sellers may cancel an order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If the seller cancels, buyers receive their listing fee.

3. Sellers as buyers initiating Cancellation

  • A seller-buyer may cancel an order only before the item has been shipped. Once the order status changes to “Shipped,” cancellation is no longer allowed.

4. How to submit to request Cancellation of your order

To ensure a smooth process, buyers can easily initiate a request to cancel an using the following steps:

4.3. Review and Confirmation:

  • After submission, your request will be reviewed by the Botaplace Admin.
  • You will receive an acknowledgment email within 48 hours confirming receipt of your request.

4.4. Cancellation Approval

  • If approved, the order will be cancelled and the buyer will receive a confirmation notification.
  • If the item has already been shipped, the cancellation request will be declined, and the buyer may proceed through the return and refund process.
  • Any refund (if applicable) will be processed according to the platform’s Refund Policy.
